Permanent TSB have been taking steps in the right direction to address their role in the climate crisis.
They don't lend to companies in the fossil fuel sector, they are offering green products to both business and personal customers and are taking steps to measure their Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
We would like to see a marked improvement in their online banking and customer service which both seem to be a significant contributor to negative customer feedback.
