Your bank is a leader in climate responsibility.
At the end of 2024, Swedbank’s exposure to fossil fuel lending is minimal—well below 1%—while it has provided $777 million of financing to renewable energy projects. The bank offers "green" products, including loans to buy solar panels.
Swedbank has measured greenhouse gas emissions enabled by its lending and set emission reduction targets for each significant sector.
While the bank has a comprehensive exclusion policy, we'd like the next iteration to include metallurgical coal.
