At the end of 2022, Paragon had a small amount of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the oil and gas industry (£13.5M). At the same time, it dedicated £200M of funding to the development of energy efficient properties by offering lower interest rates to its customers. The bank is also transparent - it has measured and disclosed greenhouse gas impacts of its lending in line with leading practices.
