Novobanco's financing of both fossil fuels and renewable energy is less than 1% of its overall portfolio, although it does have a commitment to mobilize €1 billion in green financing. It offers green products and has set science-based targets.
We'd like to see the bank tighten up its exclusion policy to cover all types of fossil fuel projects and make it effective immediately.
Our mission is to encourage as many people as possible to take a stand - to refuse to let their money fuel environmental destruction any longer. Considering who you bank with, we think you probably agree. This is your chance to spread the word with us.
