How Bank.Green rates institutions

Your bank is climate responsible.
Beginning in 2025, we assign a 'Good' rating to all credit unions. They are nonprofit institutions that serve their members, engage in minimal commercial lending, and the commercial loans they do offer are typically directed toward small businesses.
We'd like to see them play a more active role in clean energy transition by offering "green" products, e.g. loans with preferential interest rates to buy solar panels.
Our mission is to encourage as many people as possible to take a stand - to refuse to let their money fuel environmental destruction any longer. Considering who you bank with, we think you probably agree. This is your chance to spread the word with us.
