We'd like to see it measure greenhouse gas emissions enabled by its lending, set targets over those emissions, and put in place an explicit policy that it will not lend to companies engaged in the fossil fuel industry. We would also like it to start offering green products such as preferential mortgage rates for energy-efficient homes.
